The Coffee Emporium

Fantastic service, the food was very great, great portion size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service did take a little bit long, but they were quick with the coffee, and we were a large party. I would definitely come back again!

50 minutes to get your food, how is this possible with 2-3 people in the kitchen? Service needs to wake up and improve their efficiency. There are plates which are left in the kitchen for a waitress to collect it. They have no sense of priority. The tea was 1/4 full, would be nice if you could make it at least 1/2. Chocolate frappe was amazing. But very small.

Great service and food.

Food and drink was mostly pretty decent but our order getting forgotten tainted the whole experience. After 40 minutes I asked a staff member how long the food was and was told it should only be a few minutes. 20 minutes later I asked a different staff member and was told there was a "communication error" and the order hadn't even made it to the kitchen. Was offered food or refund and chose food as we were still hungry and would have to order and wait somewhere else anyway. Food finally turned up 1 hour and 15 minutes after initial order. Toast was burnt and eggs were over done. Wish we just decided to eat elsewhere and not waste an hour and a half of our lives here.

Really good big breakfast here. Good portion and very tasty. Coffee is also good here.
