I visited Sydney elite physio specialist Irene through my work due to a small injury. I highly recommend her for her experience skills and care she has towards her patients.
I had about ten sessions approximately and some being through telehealth sessions. Irene really helped me and provided excellent service throughout. Even through covid when the clinic was closed, we utilised the telehealth sessions and I found them very beneficial.
Thanks Irene for all your help.
I highly recommend Irene for any physiotherapy you need based on my experience.
Went in for a restorative massage after a long flight from the US and was incredibly impressed with Anthony’s skillset and knowledge of the human body. He not only helped me with the problem areas I reported to him, but also gave me advice on how to avoid injuries and tightness in future in my every day work and fitness routines. Highly recommend!
I went for the first time to Sydney Elite in September 2019 and had Anthony, he was awesome, very helpful with Advice and a very good massage was done. Highly recommend :)
I'm sending a feedback of my session yesterday. Massage therapist is Yukina Shirai. Session time is 60 mins. However the treatment I received was only 30 mins, which was from 11:30am to 12pm. This is definitely not right. So I decide to write this complaint. I booked at 11a.m session. Before going there I phoned your shop that I probably will be runnng late as it's Saturday the weekend and your place is not just within walking distance from Kogarah station, had to take bus or walk 15mins. Itt's a very hot weather yesterday. My train arrived Kogarah station at 10:41am, but the connecting bus would be leaving at 10:58am, that's why I phoned Yukina that I will be running late. When I arrived the shop at 11:08am, Yukina was asking me to fill in some forms and gave me consultation as it's my first time session. However this lasted 20 mins. When the session started it's 11:30am. Before starting, I asked Yukina what's the time, she said it's 11:30am, then I confirmed with her it's an hour right, she replied she said softly but we were a bit late today. But she DID NOT say the session will still finish at 12pm. If I knew, I would leave the shop straight away. For me, this is cheating. 60mins is 60mins. If you included those paperwork time and 8mins that I was late for the shop it's very unfair. If a massage therapist talked so long then it would affect the massage time, and this hasn't been informed first. Also, why I said it's cheating. what if I booked a 30mins session, so do I still have to be massaged? Obviously not, I just finished paperwork and listened to the consultation then time's up. I started doubting if it's because my massage is under workers compensation so the quality becomes so bad. We all know it's not easy to build up a business, but it's very easy to let the business receive bad reviews. Like I said my case manager now is on leave, but this email has CC her also the insurer in general. They won't pay you 60 mins as it's 30 mins session, which is $65, not $105
Probably the best massage I have had in a very long time. Highly recommended
