Just when you think there’s no way of a great customer service experience at a storage facility, these guys can make that happen.
I highly recommend this facility, we have rented two different size units in different areas of building. Both were spotlessly clean and secure storage units in good condition. Easy and smooth opening doors, no fighting with rollers doors. The units are secure, water tight and dust free. The pin coded gated security gives you great peace of mind knowing your goods are safe, but easily accessed at anytime for your iwn convienience.
There is a great selection of moving gear and a goods lift, making the job of moving furniture so much easier.
I have found dealing with the professional and friendly staff a pleasure. They have been so helpful, flexible and acommodating, treating my 88 yr old Mum with such kindness and understanding, even giving us time to move from one unit to another at the last minute.
We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone for making the whole ordeal of moving a little easier by the stress free dealings with you all at Storage Express Moss Vale.😊
