No high rep, high injury risk movements. Just hard work, excellent, personal innovative programs and good laughs. Recommend it to any fitness level.

Absolutely the best gym I've been to in the area. Run by the friendiest and smartest personal trainers in the southern highlands. Before I started here I struggled with programming and achieving my fitness goals but now that I've been going here for about a year and a half I have mastered all my old goals with new (harder) goals to achieve. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough to anyone
It does not matter where your level of fitness or strength is at, the coaches at Southern Highlands Strength and Conditioning will work with you to set and achieve personal goals. Over the past twelve months, Thomas Willoughby has developed my personal training programs and overseen my nutrition, which has created change and improvement in my body composition and gained strength. SHSC is a welcoming and friendly gym for every individual regardless of fitness level, age, gender or set goals. All the trainers here are extremely personal, encouraging and helpful. Definitely the best gym in the highlands, great space to be in, great vibe, great gains, they make a great workout plan for every individual person, meal plans are excellent and you will always have a smile on your face when in this gym, only problem will be that you didn't sign up sooner!!!
