Secure Parking - Woolworths Wollongong

Good parking space but a bit on the pricey side.

This car park causes nothing but trouble since it was re built. In less than a year I have been trapped inside the car park on 5 separate occasions when the automatic gate has failed. I actively avoid the store just to avoid being trapped again. It seems that a store that can afford such a massive reno and expansion should be able to afford a gate system that works.

For the third time in as many months the boom gate failed to open I was sitting there for 5 minutes even the engine was turned off there were so many cars banked up behind me you couldn't see the back of the line Woolworths Manager hung up in my ear the parking station wasn't his problem Secure Parking kept me on old for ALMOST 20 MINUTES before I was able to explain that this boom gate MUST be fixed or dismantle it altogether despite having osteoarthritis in the right hip I told Secure Parking I am never going to use this car park Monday to Friday (weekends are free) ever again because of the massive inconvenience caused by this bloody boom gate not opening

Great safe place to park.
