rude staff. Room dissfunctional had to use the kettle to fill up to add in toilet to flush.
No help from reception at all and just a really bad experience.
Would not go back there again!
The owners are amazingly awesome ! My stay was calm and wonderful at the Motel. Hoping to travel back very Soon.

Modern and clean rooms. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Muswellbrook.
We stayed in room 4, definitely a budget room that was more like a mine workers' cabin. Small, timber room with aging fittings and bathroom. The noise from the highway on one side and the railway on the other was still not as bad as the air conditioner that we had to leave turned off. But you get what you pay for and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. For a quick stopover, it was acceptable.
