Just got my wisdom teeth out here and everyone in the room was super professional and caring. Got a call the day after to check how I was which was really nice. All the prices were explained to me, my receipt to get the sedation medicare claim went through quickly and my private health care claim was instant! I go here for all of my check ups and could not recommend any higher!
Dr Graham and his assistants are so professional and welcoming. However, the new receptionist that was there on late morning of 12 June is very unpleasant to deal with. What happened to all your friendly receptionists?
I had a pretty terrible experience. Without proper examination I was referred to an orthodontist to have my tooth removed. I became suspicious and sought a second opinion and it turned out that my tooth was healthy and all that was needed was a replacement of an existing crown (second dentist: "how would you know a tooth is cracked without taking the crown off?").
The subsequent conversations with practice and area manager didn't give me the impression that there was much of an insight into how problematic the wrong diagnosis was. I never received a genuine apology (mistakes can happen) and can't recommend NIB Dental. Go elsewhere.
The dental services are not good enough exactly with the vouchers
Amazing service! High quality dental work and no judgement if you need lots of work done. Dr. Lena is the best dentist I have ever had.
