I have used the service several times either picking me up from the pub or picking me up from the mechanic.
I can rely on them being available and on time.
One night I left my keys in the taxi. They are able to identify and contact me by a membership key I had on the keychain.
I could not praise them enough for their amazing professionalism and timeliness.
1h30m asked for a maxi couldn't provide asked for 2 cabs got one then waited 1h30mins the sooner uber take over the better
This company are absolutely the best . Outstanding customer service would recommend too everything . I was traveling to east Maitland hospital and got a flat tire and the spair was no good . The taxi driver picked me up and straight away started to call people to help organized a tire for us . Thank you so much for your help. Best customer service hands down..
Absolutely appaulling, waited 30 plus minutes for a booked cab, rude phone manners, could not get a cab and daughter and son in law had to walk home. Would never recommend maitland taxi service
Better than 13 cabs for sure. Customer service was excellent, arrival time from call was exceptional.
