Great service, great staff
Hi am mechanic in muswellbrook. with a fleet of 75 vehicles.
I had one of my ute's in for a air bag recall. i picked up the ute and the airbag light was now on. So i sent the ute back the next morning to get checked.
Lancaster ford responded with the clock spring was broken (This is the component the connects to the air bag they replaced).
The only other part on the ute they touched and it is now broken.
after 3 days of me ringing them and not getting calls back, they will not fix the part they broke. So i went in for a recall and has now cost me $500 in parts + my time to fix.

Had our car serviced here. Customer service was exceptional, friendly and jovial which was refreshing. The attention to detail with the car service was beyond expectations and returned fully detailed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
I test drove a vehicle hear. Was a pleasurable experience. I didn't feel pressured or get chaperoned.
