I attended this practice for the first time today. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, prompt service upon arrival. Appointment was running on time. Dr Day was fantastic, Very informative and straight forward! I will be recommending this practice to family and friends 👍

Visited Cessnock Dental for the first time today after way too many years of avoiding the dentist! Friendly greeting upon arrival from the staff member at the front desk, felt very welcome and helped with my nerves. I was booked in with their OHT Chloe who was so lovely and really knew what she was doing. I had a great check up and clean; then was shown more beneficial ways of my brushing my teeth. Also left with a bag of oral hygiene goodies (the perks!) Couldn't recommend this place higher
Absolute by far best dental experience I could ask for! All the staff were lovely and comforting and made it such a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Insulting receptionist. Just because my son has Autism doesnt mean I cant pay for his dental.. mentioned my son's NDIS coordinator and Doctors stated he would have to have a general did not mean you had presume my finances. I pay in full for my other sons who attend your surgery but they dont anymore. Im glad you didnt ask for my name because now I see how degrading your true colours are.
