After my husband phoned and made an appointment for himself and me, a few weeks back, we arrived on appointment day, only to be advised that they had none of our details in their system
Funnily enough when my husband booked they said I would need to call them myself to make sure it was all legitimate, which I did the same day
Accidents happen, we are all human, but to happen to us both same on day seperate phone calls
Checked phone number called to make sure we didn’t have the incorrect location

I highly recommend Dr Rohde at Bowral Skin Cancer Clinic - 2 cosmetic appointments and i cannot fault them. Beautiful friendly staff and a Doctor who listens and cares for and about the best results and outcomes for her patients.
The waiting times of up to an hour or more each visit are unacceptably long Yet patients who are ten minutes late are penallised. Time management leaves alot to be desired!
