Cars are tidy, service is friendly. My only criticism is, if a car needs to be returned after hours, there is no key return slot. I appreciate security may be an issue, and cars may need to be inspected, but my work can suddenly have me fly out after hours.
Service exceptional. Vehicles clean and well maintained.
Booked a truck to pick up today all confirmed only to find yard shut. Wasted an hour in travel. You should be put out of business by Hertz management
After a major car accident left me between cars I experienced a great level of customer service from this gentleman.
Called this morning to book a truck, old grumpy quoted me $50 more than they did 2 weeks ago. He then hung up on me.. great form!! Avoid Cessnock branch if possible.
