I had to give them a one, come on google we need negatives. I needed to find out what type of vehicle would suit my needs as I needed the transport a large picture. The girl I spoke did not know what a ute, van or hatch was and her english was atrocious. I asked for another opertor she refused, I asked for a supervisor, she refused, I gave up. The following day I had need to go into Scone (Scone looks after Muswellbrook) and called in and to be fair they were EXTREMLY HELPFUL. I relayed my experience to them and they gave me a complaint line and I had the even worse experience howev er when I asked for his manager he refused and hung up. As much as the yard itself was helpful I am reluctant to use this company. The call centre needs a minus five and the yard a five.
