I highly recommend Derks Pet and Rural for all your pet and rural supplies. The horse feed is always top quality and they have a great range of products available. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of farm and domestic needs. Sometimes quite busy although very roomy. Vet facilities on site, we don't have a pet needing help so do not know their worth. Corvid-19 very safe. Would recommend to pet and farm owners to take a look. RLo.

Visited Derks Pet & Rural after a local recommendation. I was so pleasantly surprised, what a great local gem this is. I’m not in the farming or rural business however it seems suitable. I was on the hunt for some items for my kitten and walked out with everything I needed without shipping or having to wait. Prices were really reasonable and comparable to some of the big pet chain stores. Loved the range of their items for animals of all shapes and sizes. If I had a bird or guinea pig this would be the place for your pets needs! I love the selection of scratching poles again at a reasonable price. If I find that my kitten likes this sort of thing I’ll be back for a pole for sure. The staff didn’t say hello on arrival and I was the only one in the store at the time. They didn’t seem up for any conversation despite myself and other customers being involved in talking at the counter however they were not unpleasant and did seem very helpful to a lady who had her puppy in for some assistance.

I was introduced to Derks by my girlfriend, and EVERY TIME I've been, the service has been FANTASTIC, let alone the products available and the pricing, especially of that in which I need from such the store. I'm definitely likely to become a regular, when in this neck of the woods 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
