This is the second time I have purchased a Groupon voucher from Dapto Smile Dental the first time I purchased the vouchers I was advised that I was unable to use them due to COVID which was understandable I was advised by the surgery that I would be able to repurchase and use these again at a later date. After all dentists reopened the voucher was made available to purchase again on Groupon. I purchased the vouchers for veneers and I was really looking forward to it. Mind you these vouchers are not cheap coming in at roughly $2000. The surgery has now said that despite advertising and selling the vouchers through Groupon that they won’t be accepting these vouchers. I wasn’t able to get a full refund only Groupon vouchers back. This is an absolute joke and a scam. Do not trust Groupon or Dapto Smile Dental.
I went and seen Brinda today and she made me feel very relaxed and kept me informed of what she was doing.
I usually hate the dentist due to bad experiences but Brinda was kind and very gentle.
I would definitely go back and see her again.

My husband purchased a groupon voucher for my birthday for a clean and whitening when I got there I was told by the dentist that they did not recommend this for me (this was this particular dentists opinion) which is fine but then steered down the path for me to get veneers which I am not interested in or in my price range. I refused the clean because with my health care it does not cost me $250 at my normal dentist which I am more then happy with. They told me that they would give me a letter via email that my husband could give to groupon to re coup the monies however I am still waiting!!!!!
What a fantastic place! Staff is so friendly and the dentist was extremely tender. I can’t wait to go there again.
i did visit this place 4wks back and i was treated by Dr Geetha and she did explain to me all the option and didn't pressurise me to take any decision. im happy with her professional behaviour and would recommend her.cheers
