Waited more than 2 hours even with an appointment, thrice. Over bookings? tardiness with doctors? don't know. highly unprofessional.
General GP procedures undertaken in all major cities are referred to specialists as a rule of thumb, would agree with most people saying things are referred rather than treated.
Would not recommend. Now I know why people don't want to move to regional NSW. Shame.

Worst service ever! You'd die before they see you....I'd turned up to my appointment 10mins early and got made to sit there for over a our watching others go in first that didn't have a appointment!
Can self diagnose as good or better than Dr Kool. He uses Google search to look up your symptoms and gives you a whole lot of yarn about nothing before sending you home untreated with only suggestions that are wives tales and not only don't help you but actually make your condition worse. Suggest avoiding this doctor at all costs.
Absolutely hopeless! Make appointments and still waits hours to get in, not good when your on a lunch break. Reception can be rude and lazy, have been on a waiting list for flu vaccine for a month only to find out i was never put on the list. Useless.
