I am a commonwealth bank customer from last 4 years. As a customer before I never needed anything from bank. But recently when I applied for a home loan pre approval their services are very very slow. It's already 2 weeks now I haven't got any pre approval from them. I hope they will not take few more months to approve it. There is no reply at all. I called customer care and same situation there. And it takes hours and hours to get in contact with customer service representative. To be honest I feel it's better to go and apply in another bank so I can get home loan pre approval.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great level of customer service. Very clean and tidy
Not very friendly. Atm often on the blink.
