grubby - no toilets, other campers leaving there toilet waste about, river not very appealing, had hoons thru the night - didnt feel safe
Good free camp spot
We were traveling through Gunnedah and decided to call in and have a look at this camp site.
Great spot, underneath the bridge and on the river, although the grass and weeds on the river was over grown and long - very hard to get to river.
Also not sure it would be wise to stay here without any other campers
Great spot would recommend it
Good place to free camp. Close to town and road is not busy, so quiet..
Toilets are 200m walk however be aware they close after dark...
