What an amazing store. The best Big W I've been to so far. Bought a lot of things and it all came in under $100
I managed to buy everything on my shopping list in no time...very quick & easy to find & just as quick through the self service also staff very helpful.
I had to make an exchange and return some items. The store greeter wes so helpful and the service desk attendant was helpful and friendly too.
Good selection of shops, very helpful staff.
The last time I was there every staff member I asked help from either sent me to a different section or walked away as I approached. After nearly 20mins I left and found what I needed elsewhere.
