Easy relaxed experience with friendly helpful staff. Covid safe and no waiting at self checkout. Had what I wanted at reasonable price. Easy parking.
Quite a good size for a country Big W and has a plant section. It also has its own public toilets with disability access. Otherwise it's pretty much like any other Big W.

Fitting rooms have a 1 in 1 out policy due to covid. I’ve literally never seen this policy in any other store anywhere. What makes it more funny is that they are more than happy for everyone to stand together packed in a queue waiting to try stuff on??? Makes... no... sense... at..all.
I don't like how many self serve check out they have
Store was untidy and shelves were a mess in the make-up area and my wife couldn't find what she was looking for
