I was referred to benchmark physio after presenting with severe back pain. This was my first ever experience with physio so wasn’t too sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised after just a few sessions the pain in my back had almost disappeared! Best thing I’ve ever done for my overall health. I really enjoyed every treatment and always felt amazing afterwards. The staff are very professional & friendly. Would highly recommend their services!
I started using Benchmark purely by chance and have seen many physio’s over the years. This business is clean professional and top of class. They utilise modern techniques with digital applications to visually explain the problems and exercises to rebuild. You couldn’t find a better place to fix those annoying muscular or postural issues.
