Clean and well maintained 2 bedroom serviced apartment. Down to earth managers.
The guy who called seemed very nice which is pretty much the only positive I have about this motel. Never stayed here and never will. Literally booked it this afternoon for 2 employees and was about to book it tomorrow night for the other trucks returning from SA, VIC and SYD but had to cancel the booking as they close reception at 10pm and my team was due in at 9:58pm I understand check in closes however most motels have a solution for this - I’ve now requested a refund and they are “unable to make an exception in this case, I will be charged the entire fee for the stay”. Sticking with Noah’s in Muswellbrook, they are much more accommodating!
Very rude & unfriendly man at check in. Should have just walked away but only motel with rooms. Everywhere else fully booked but loads of rooms here which speaks for itself.
Also the bedspread was badly soiled!
Would definitely NOT recommend this motel.
We had a fantastic stay! It was over 40° and the room had the air con on which was a God send. The reception were very accomodating and friendly and up for a laugh. Overall a very enjoyable stay for a young family.
