I need a lot of work done on my teeth. I had already been to them a couple of times after my dentist of forty years retired.
One of my teeth was playing up and I needed some advice from the dentist that I was seeing. I asked if I could talk to her, “...anytime in the next couple of hours...”.
The receptionist said that it was against policy and I ended up on the phone for 7 minutes with the receptionist going backwards and forwards from phone to dentist; what a ridiculous situation. I told the receptionist, “... I will only keep her for about 40 seconds...”. Ended up 420+ seconds and I had to go to another dentist to get the tooth removed.
He had written a costed plan with an accurate time for me before I left. A true professional. It was a pleasant experience after dealing with the smiling clowns at “advanced 🤮 dental solutions”.
What an absolute great dental surgery.The front desk staff are great,very friendly and i highly recommend Dr Katherine Button.
Fantastic service and friendly staff. I love the sms reminders for my checkups and affordable treatment. I have no hesitation recommending Dr Halley and his team.
The team at Advanced Dental Solutions definitely made what I thought would be a scary experience very easy. I will definitely be returning.
