These guys are great. They cleaned a couple of litres of Seasol from the rear floor of my car to an 'as new' standard. They were happy to resolve our problem quickly and did so with great care and attention to detail. Happy to recommend their outstanding service.

In response to your review Fee Deegan, I am sorry that your experience with Ace ChemDry was not the best. We do strive to make all contacts with our customers from initial quotation to the finished job as pleasurable as possible. I do feel that you omitted several important facts in this case.
You have claimed that the only contact was via text messaging, this was as you required as you do not answer your phone.
You noted we were "Cranky" about the cancellation of the second property, yes we did express our disappointment. This was due to the fact that this was the second time the appointment was cancelled with no notice.
You noted that you were pestered for a credit card payment. We tried to contact you from the premise for payment as previously arranged to which you didn't respond to. When you did respond you issued a cancelled credit card details.
You claim we wouldn't give you an estimate on costs. We tried to issue an estimate upon booking to which you didn't want as you had used our services twice before. Our pricing hasn't changed since April 2011.
Yes you did refuse payment, you also requested a refund from our Major Franchisor claiming we didn't complete the works satisfactory. You admitted when we were able to talk to you that never had any intention to pay.
You are unhappy that the payment for services was taken out of you bond. We are a business and as such we do require payment for services rendered, we were granted access to the premises through the Real Estate agent and we did contact them when you refused to make payment. The Real Estate was extremely happy with the results that we achieved.
We are unhappy that you feel that we have not operated or treated you in a fair manner and we would be happy to discuss this with you further. We also happily accept constructive criticism so we are able to improve on any part of our service to our valued customers.
